VexClick Digital Marketing provides paid search (PPC) traffic management and optimization services, including the VexBoost program, designed to deliver high-quality Google PPC traffic at reduced costs compared to standard Google Ads pricing.

4. Service Agreement & Engagement

Clients who engage VexClick Digital Marketing for PPC services agree that the scope of work, deliverables, pricing, and payment schedule will be defined in a separate service agreement or proposal signed by both parties. In the absence of a separate agreement, these Terms of Service govern the relationship.

VexClick Digital Marketing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service offering at any time, with reasonable notice provided to active clients.


5. Refund, Cancellation & Billing Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@vexclick.com.

Specific cancellation guidelines:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 3 business days prior to the next billing renewal date.
  • Cancellations submitted outside this window will be accepted but do not qualify for a refund of the current billing period.
  • VexClick Digital Marketing will confirm receipt of all cancellation requests in writing.

Refund guidelines:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed as a general policy. However, goodwill refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at VexClick Digital Marketing's sole discretion.
  • If a cancellation request meeting the above conditions is not processed before the renewal date due to an error on our part, VexClick Digital Marketing will refund any fees incorrectly charged.
  • No partial refunds will be issued on subscription-based service fees.
  • Refund processing may take up to 2–3 weeks from the date of approval.

Clients must not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes while a refund request is under internal review. Doing so will interrupt the refund process and may result in suspension of services. Simultaneous refund requests and chargebacks may be treated as a fraudulent attempt to receive double payment, and VexClick Digital Marketing reserves the right to revoke service access in such cases.

Clients who fail to pay outstanding fees within 27 days of the due date may have their service access suspended or terminated at VexClick Digital Marketing's discretion.


6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information, billing details, and campaign objectives.
  • Ensuring their Google Ads account complies with Google's Terms of Service and advertising policies.
  • All ad content, landing pages, products, and services advertised through campaigns managed by VexClick Digital Marketing.
  • Disputes, chargebacks, or refund claims arising from transactions between clients and their own end customers.

VexClick Digital Marketing is not responsible for any third-party platform policy changes, account suspensions by Google, or results affected by factors outside our direct control.


7. Intellectual Property

This website and all of its contents are protected under the US Copyright Act of 1976 and all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws. All rights are reserved. No part of this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, sold, or distributed in any form without the express written permission of VexClick Digital Marketing.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VexClick Digital Marketing's total liability to any client for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

VexClick Digital Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.


9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VexClick Digital Marketing, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) the client's use of our services; (b) any breach of these Terms; (c) any violation of applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any content, products, or services promoted through campaigns managed by VexClick Digital Marketing.


10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Michigan.


11. Privacy Policy

By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and protection of your personal information. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into and made a part of these Terms of Service.


12. Modifications to These Terms

VexClick Digital Marketing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
